His name was Steve... Steve Irwin,
hunting crocodiles was his game.
And I tell ya he was good at it,
earned "Croc Hunter" as his name.
Steve made us laugh he made us learn
on the TV or at Australia Zoo.
Conservation was his passion.
He wanted it to be ours too.
His eyes alight, his posture poised
as he filmed the the things he loved.
"Crikey what a little beauty Wes"
